Miroslava Duma

April 19, 2011

This is an illustration of Miroslava Duma created for the lovely ladies at Style Canvas for their Fall/Winter 2009 issue. I had nowhere to share this when it was published. You can find my contributor bit and illustrations on pages 9, 34-36, and 47-49.

This ‘fashion portrait’ was my favorite illustration created for that issue. Miroslava is endlessly glamorous.

Here is soft and pretty sketch on a drizzly wet day.

Winter keeps coming back! Today started off with giant fluffy snowflakes that have now turned into big piles of slush. Gross, though a good excuse to wear my rain boots and jump in puddles like a dork. Who doesn’t like doing that sometimes? I’m going to keep to myself and wait out the rest of tonight’s weather indoors.

Spring is literally twelve days away. Which means that my birthday is only thirteen days away. I just can’t help but ferociously look forward to both.

Anyway, stay warm.

I don’t know what this is. My curtains are open and it is so bright in my room. Though it’s getting so cold outside. Almost time for parkas and double layered mittens and ice skating. I don’t know how I’m feeling about you this year Winter.
